Calling for opening International fund to support the construction campaign in all damaged regions not only in the liberated regions inside Iraq / statement for Iraqi leader Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr on 14/3/2017

In the name of Allah

What we mentioned in the project of after liberation of Mosul consists on many points but I want to activate the first point that's: opening International fund to support the construction campaign in all damaged regions not only in the liberated regions inside Iraq…etc
Hence I demand as a first step to the following: The supervised committee should activate (opening the funds) inside Iraq in the beginning then make it international step by step ...and let the first initiatives is collecting money for those who emigrated from the liberated regions then generalizing the matter to the rest regions
The Iraqi nation from those who love peace and hate sectarianism shouldn't neglect in donation to give them to those who deserve from all religions and sects without differentiating between them and without harm may be it would be a new door for deserving the Divine mercy
provided that the campaign should be for one month from the date of this statement…and peace
