The existence of Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr is necessary existence, it can't be emergent existence which passes in specific stage then it ends and vanishes. But it is the existence which is extension for reformation movement which Al-Imam Al-Hussein (peace be upon him) called for it, therefore the one who wished to support Al-Imam Al-Hussein so here the chance of victory is existent in the hand of Muqtada Al-Sadr.
