The health and safety
Actually they become two unknown graces in Iraq because of evil deeds which people's hands have earned.
To Allah we belong and to Him we return
The religious gatherings as group prayers, Friday prayers and visits (Ziyarat) and the like may increase the health harm (and Allah knows), but even the other gatherings as demonstrations, sit-in, stadiums, crowded markets and the like increase from the prevalent disease which is about to be classified (epidemic). So the one who bears for obedience and has strong health and internal depth then he should cling to religious and national matters, otherwise… it means if they are harmful for him and for the others then he should take the required healthy procedures or refrain from these matters. It is better to return to the fatwa of religious scientists concerning this matter to determine his legitimate and national duty
Finally I say: O trustee of Allah in His earth, if we don't deserve for health and safety, your religion deserves the continuation, worshipping Allah deserves to be intercessor to us to hold it
