Important points ….The speech of Muqtada Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr in his account in Twitter on 8/4/2021

In the name of Allah

It is a beautiful matter to see the government seeks to put legal conditions for the existence of occupation forces in Iraq, it is good thing which is considered to it, but I'd like to remind it with some important points especially with remaining of some forces to train the Iraqi security forces such as

First: They shouldn't interfere in Iraqi internal affairs absolutely

Second: Their existence should be temporary for specific period

Third: They shouldn't make from Iraqi lands a field to attack any state especially the neighboring states

Fourth: Their existence shouldn't be under the title of occupation, with it their existence can't be military absolutely

Fifth: The sky of Iraq as its land and borders is free and their forces have no concern in it absolutely

Sixth: Their diplomatic representation shouldn't be with a number which causes anxiety and unprecedented diplomatically and if it was then it should be with the same

Seventh: Ending their existence in military bases and others and make it in the hands of security forces and with the necessity, it should be under Iraqi governmental supervision

Eighth: If they abide by that then the Iraqi national resistance should stop the military operation with all its shapes, the government should punish each one breaches that from inside Iraq or outside it and with breaching of (foreign forces) to that then we couldn't rule out to issue an order of military operation against them in the future
