Praise be to Allah Who cherished His soldiers and supported His servant. Thanks for Iraqi national resistance. Here is the occupation declares withdrawal all its combat forces, let's wait with you the completion of withdrawal. Thanks for the efforts to crystalize this agreement especially brother Al-Kadhimi with knowing that we had illustrated conditions previously in which the resistance should stop the military action with fulfilling them, and work to support the Iraqi security forces from army and police to restore the security and spread it on Iraqi lands and remove the ghost of terrorism, violence, intruders and those who claim resistance
