In the name of Allah
By grace of Allah and His success, with the efforts of home’s people, the people of Ja’fari and imamy doctrine, all fair people from Al-Sunna and our brothers in the home from other religions, Kurds and other nationalities, the Iraqi parliament had voted with thanks on the holiday of (Al-Ghadeer Day) the Eid of Allah is the Greatest as Iraqi national holiday. It became obligatory on all Iraqis especially (Shiite National movement) to go to the mosques raising Al-Ghadeer’s banner and wearing green scarf to pray thanks prayer to Allah Glory to Him, and proclaim the three witnesses from the mosques’ minarets
I witness that there is no God but Allah
I witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
I witness that Ali is the guardian of Allah
All that should be in the nearest mosque without tre,.spassing on the others and on those who are responsible on the mosques; if they told you to return, obey. Sh,.ooting is forbidden
