there are Kurdish sources said that the American-Kurdish agreement includes building five American bases in the north of Iraq (Duhuk, Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Kirkuk and north of Mosul) and its period is twenty years and it accepts the extension if the two parties agree, if this news is true, what is your reply on the occupier and on those who brought him? And where is the sovereignty of the government
