Ending the fighting duties of international military forces in Iraq happens actually with availability of the next matters

One: Official legal demand which is sent to Security Council for agreement

Two: Defining of the headquarters and vacating the military bases and delivering them to Iraqi army exclusively

Three: Limitation of the duties by list which it should observe it without prejudice it

Four: Limitation of those who will stay in Iraqi lands according to need for each specialization

Five: The movements of those who will stay from inside to outside (of country) are according to diplomatic Iraqi laws which are applicable

Six: The Iraqi government undertakes the security and logistic supporting exclusively and the external sides don’t have the right to intervene in it

Seven: Respect of Iraqi skies and never using them just through agreement of Iraqi government otherwise it will be violation

Eight: Iraq is state that has complete sovereignty and each treaty out of that is cancelled

Nine: This step is introduction for ending all foreign existence including the counselors and other in future

Ten: Any military security existence in the American embassy is forbidden and the Iraqi official forces undertake to do that

Eleven: The mutual diplomatic representation between the two states should be balanced according to diplomatic rules which are applicable internationally

Twelve: The premier should execute that in order to consider that actual ending of occupation
