The holy Qur'an predicted the development of space , and the God mentioned that He exploited cosmos for the human to discover his laws by launching the satellites or sending the spaceship
The word ( authority ) in Ayah means : the force which mean the force of science and technology
The modern science emphasized this idea while it was mentioned in the holy Qur'an ( the miracle of our prophet Mohammed )since the date of being a messenger of God
