Succession, ability and the stability of people

God said in the holy Quran ( Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good works that he will surely make them Successors in the earth , as he made Successors from among those who were before them; and that he surely establish for them their religion which he has chosen for them ; and that he will surely give them in exchange security and peace after their fear they worship me and they will not associate anything with me then whoso is ungrateful after that they will be the rebellious ) Al-Noor – 56
God has promised to reward the faithfulpeople who suffered from the injustice in the corruption ages and presented many sacrifices to defeat the unjust people and the corruption that they will rule the earth according to God's laws
The succession means to appoint someone instead of him and this matter happened with some prophets before the descending of the verse mentioned above and after it , the succession in this verse means imam Mahdi who is from the descendant of imam Hussein ( grandson of our prophet Mohammed ) who will establish the just government whereas the world ability came after the succession (and that he surely establish for them their religion which he has chosen for them ) , God gives the ability to his faithful people to make them rule the world , the divine ruling make the faithful live peacefully and worship God only
The succession without ability on the earth happened (And he it is who has made you successors of the others on the earth) Surah Al Ana'm – 166
The limit ability without succession happened with prophet Joseph (And thus did we establish Joseph in the land, and we did so that we might also teach him the interpretation of things) Surah Yusuf – 22
The ability was on the treasures of Egypt withoutmanaging the military and social sides of the society
There are three important matters in the verse mentioned above which don't exist in any government on the earth
First: the authority of succession, God promised the faithful people to rule the earth (Surely Allah breaks not his promise) Surah Al – Imran - 10
Second: the authority of ability, it's the authority of dominion on all over the world to achieve the third matter
Third: the stability of worship to substitute the fear of faithful people by the safety to reach to the real worship in all levels
Someone may say that this matter had happened with the prophet Solomon (And there were gathered together unto Solomon his hosts of Jinn and men and birds, and they were formed into separate divisions) Surah Al- Namil – 18
The answer
First : the succession and the ability were partial on some regions not total for all of them , for example prophet Solomon didn't know about the existence of Saba' kingdom and it's queen in spite of the largeness of it but the hoopoe told him , maybe there were many kingdoms in the other places that don't worship God
Second: the matter of worship in the verse mentioned above has great and deep meaning, the worshipping in the age of prophet Solomon was simple, it didn't consist of all elements of the real worship that prophet Mohammed agitated its elements to be completed by imam Mahdi
