In the name of God

I never acquit (the Zionist enemy) from their terrorist deeds in Iraq, I am certain that they don’t do such step or steps whereas they know that the repulse will shake their security and influence whereas the Zionist know that their end will be by (Iraq) therefore they will not shove themselves in such game which is larger than them

Therefore the Iraqi government should hurry in inquiry in such matter even by international supervision…if they prove their crime and terrorism then the all should be patient and don’t take decision alone whereas Iraq doesn’t bear such reckless behaviors

And with proving it I call for all sides to meet with circular table which neither corruptors control it nor those who signed the security agreement with America nor those who decided incrimination those who strived America and so

And the meeting is Iraqi purely without intervention even from the states which oppose the Israeli and American existence in the region, besides those who are reconciled with them and don’t try to close their embassy in their countries, therefore the decision should be consultation as soon as possible…with well-planned steps in order not to make Iraq and Iraqis victim without any benefit

And the bad cries and emotional statements should not rise without effective and real influence otherwise Iraq will be object of mockery

And we should keep the sanctities away from the ambient danger, and the weapon should be limited by the state and closing all places of that and presenting all that for the state otherwise who refuse that will endanger Iraq and Iraqis and he will be the cause for destruction, God forbid! And it should protection the Iraqi boundaries from the all especially with Syria, and withdrawal all the platoon from (beloved Syria) whereas Iraq is more deserving for its nation blood with the danger which happens for them, and I emphasize to return to our honorable Maraji' in all that whereas their united fatwa is the first inspirer for us and for each one loves the homeland
