In the name of Allah
Due to the gravity of security situations which surround the present of the country and its future and in the midst of security breaches which threaten the prestige of Iraqi state and considered a direct danger on the life and destiny of our dear people, therefore we see that it is necessary to form a committee which has security, military and parliamentary character to investigate in security breaches which the diplomatic missions and the formal headquarters of the state expose to them which harm the reputation of Iraq in the International forums and the results of investigation should be declared to the public opinion and through limited time in order to take the required legal and executive procedures about that. In the case of never fulfilling that, the government will be negligent in its work to recover the prestige and impose the security
