In the name of Allah

After long travail which led to shed blood of the patient Syrian nation and after waste of right between the peaceful opposition and the international terrorist opposition, the brightness of democracy in Syria tries to shake off wars dust to build a road again by polls far from violence and fight to result winning which excites a discussion between the one who is convinced and the one who is refusing. And as we emphasize on safety and honor of Syrian nation we satisfy with whom they satisfied as their president to them to return prestige and glamor of Syria far from partisan interests and classes then Alaween, Kurd, Sunna and other sects live as one hand to build their state without external intervention. So our letter to the brother Bashar Al-Asad that he makes serving and honor of nation his priority without distinction between its sects whereas all of them were soldiers against the terrorism even if they were opposite to him whereas he is father for all. We ask the Lord the Almighty to bestow peace and safety upon the beloved Syria to live we the Iraqis with her with brotherhood and peace by fortified boundaries against the terrorism and the aggressors with any form. And let the all know that dignity and honor of Syria by dignity and honor of her nation whoever her president was and all honor belongs to Allah
