I seek protection in Allah from accursed Satan

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

My brothers, my sisters, my sons, my daughters, old and young people O followers of speaking Hawza, O lovers of Al-Sadr family, O soldiers of homeland, O protectors of religion and doctrine

Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you

O Al-Sadrist movement Al-Mujahid, O movement of Al-Sadr first martyr, O movement of Al-Sadr second martyr, O honorable Sadreon, I address you as my family, and this is greeting of respect, honor and love from me, full with love, sincerity and gratitude, I'm Muqtada Bin Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr. O dears, in spite of difficulties which surrounded my social, religious, doctrinal and political and other works, especially what concern Al-Sadrist movement for what the opponents and enemies do from one side and for some bad deeds inside the movement as you know, some people separated from us, some of them were dismissed and some were punished, but I consider myself the eldest brother to you and it is my duty, but it falls upon me the tolerance, forgiveness and guide the wrong doer, in addition to that, my trust in you inspires me to forgive all people, may be what some of you did is a worldly caprice or otherworldly inattention, it doesn't mean that you will continue on doing wrong and abuse especially the door of repentance is open, I hope that such caprice will soon pass away, ( especially the door of repentance is open, I hope that such caprice will soon pass away) and all of you will return to the love, obedience and leave the temptations for supporting the religion, doctrine and reform the homeland because love homeland gathers us, therefore, today you are invited to support the electoral reformative project as compensation for what had issued from you, may be Allah forgives me and you and all believing men and believing women. In spite of I'm sure that some of you are not convinced in voting in the elections for what they saw from clear inability and negligence from the previous governments, but I'd like to draw the attention to important matter that the reformation has long way and the reformation didn't get on the majority in the parliament in the past and the political and governmental scene didn't have prime minister from Al-Sadrist movement in the past, it was monopoly on some who belong to the parties then we made it independent and today we will make it Sadrist if Allah wills. As the experience of majority and taking the position of prime minister are new matter, hence I say: it is effective weapon and ruin the corruption, if it was fulfilled, but even lethal weapon against normalization, occupation, immorality, subordination, oppression and poverty, and with it I can promise you the victory to the homeland through removing the corruption and return the prestige of what was lost and working hard to serve the citizen and his dignity, sustenance and safety, but it isn't through participating in million numbers in this national electoral carnival only but through continuing in popular efforts with me in order that I can make an actual and real change especially with what will happen from pressures and fierce opposition to prevent our success so you have to be patient and have trust and giving up the personal interests, if I didn't success with majority and prime minister in imposing the reformation with all its forms in our beloved Iraq because I (as you know) don't fear in the way of Allah the blame of blamer and I will not engage in the falsehood and corruption and I will declare that frankly and clearly. I demand from you O followers of Al-Sadrein martyrs to be good example not bad one and to stay away from the disagreements and leave love the present life and money, don't repeat the tragedy of previous people in domination, oppression, corruption, militia and the like and as Allah said: They said, We have been oppressed before you came to us, and after you have come to us; he said, it is likely that your Lord may destroy your enemy and in his place make you the rulers of the earth, and then see what deeds you perform

Otherwise the reputation of Al-Sadr family is on the line but even Iraq and its fate are on the line because I consider myself and you the last solutions, if we cooperated, we would success otherwise it is the end God forbids! So beware of present life and its slips and from the Satan and his ropes and temptations, we don't demand authority nor present life but we demand reformation in order that Allah satisfies on us and on you and keep the epidemic and gloating of enemies away from us. You don't have to listen to their speeches and don't submit to their money and to their riots whereas Allah said: And Allah knows very well the one who spoils from him who improves

As long as we are with the truth so we will not fear just Allah and we will not kneel just to Him, all honor belongs to Allah, to His messenger, to His guardians and to homeland and abjectness and shame to the falsehood and people of falsehood, corruption, corrupters and Allah is the source of each success

Finally: I say: peace be upon Iraq and upon its guardians, maraji', shrines, people, sects, minorities, land, sky, water, plateau, mountains, trees, palms, bounties, army but even its trial and prosperity
