Praise be to Allah Who kept His promise, granted victory over His slave and defeated the combined forces alone.

Yes; The right has arrived and null has vanished; indeed null had to vanish, and Allah said in His holy Book: (...but Allah has made faith dear to you and has instilled it in your hearts, and has made disbelief and rebellion and disobedience abhorred by you; it is people like these who are on guidance

Yes; He has made reformation dear to you and has instilled it in your hearts, and has made corru…ption, disintegration and norm…alization abhorred by you, it is people like these who are on guidance, so O you who are on guidance, O you the reformers, O people of Iraq! This is your day, which you were promised; the day that the people are cherished and honored, power of Iraq is strengthened and feared and Iraq become independent and safe. Yes; this is day, which the reformation triumphed on the corru…ption , day which people triumphed on occup…ation, norm…alization, mili…tias, poverty, injus…tice and enslavement. Yes this is day of determination and firmness, the day which the secta…rianism and the partis…anship are removed to make doors of Iraq and Iraqis open without differentiation, and we are servants to them. Yes this is day of homeland, day of Iraq without Subor…dination to anyone just to Allah and people, but independence, sovereignty and dignity. Yes this is day of nation, state and the hero security forces, this is day that the oppressed triumphed on the oppressor; this is day of persecuted Minorities, deprived Shiite, the oppressed Sunni and the grieved Kurdi, this is day of Iraq truly and promise; this is day of good Sadri, the displaced Badri, the revolutionist Hakimi, the peaceful Tishrini, the just secular, the national civil; and this is day of sons of noble Marji'ia and sons of Abu Hanifa Al-Numaan which dreams of Abu Ja'far and Abd Al-Aziz Al-Badri are achieved. Praise be to Allah Who cherished the reformation by its greatest bloc; Iraqis bloc which neither eastern nor western which its light lightens from land of Iraq and his nation, palms, water and wealth, so no place for corruption and corruptors thereafter. So come to a reformer paper which no one eats its cake (as they express) and the authority will not be divided against the nation, but it is day that we prefer the benefits of Iraq and nation, and protect our sanctities, boundaries, sovereignty, honor and dignity

Hence I say: all the embassies are welcome except if they intervene in Iraqis affair and forming the government, and if they do that we will repulse by diplomatic way or maybe popular which suits offense. Iraq is for Iraqis only and we never permit the intervention. So the wea…pon should be at the government only not out of that even from those who claim that they are resistant or like them, now the nation should be live with peace without occu…pation, terr…orism, and mil…itias that kidnap, frighten and decrease from prestige of the state, Iraq is Iraq of Marji'ia and Iraq of the wise and the dignitaries, and we will get light from their words, orders and advices, and we will work to unite the tribes and give them the active role in protection and stability of Iraq, and the wea…pon will not take up of government absolutely. And know from now that the government and parties will not control of money and wealth but they are for nation only, and any corruptor will be punished; the oil of nation is for nation, and we will try to raise the level of dinar to be at level of the currency of world gradually, during that the building, industry, agriculture, education and health will have great part of efforts of the good people without difference between province and other just from side of need and numbers that we will count that in the shortest possible time Yes, the disbeliever ba'th was removed by blo…od of scientists and martyrs, and we will remove the corruption by our blo…od if it requires that and we never turn away from that. O you that nation! You will be in dignity and honor inside and abroad, and you will be the observer on us after Allah. The nation can celebrate for this victory by the greatest bloc, and let their celebration be without armed ways and without disturbance against the others
