In the name of Allah
I congratulate Iraqi people for declaring the most numerous bloc and declaring the candidates for presidency of republic and prime minister through national domain
I regard it unique and important achievement to save home, I hope to complete forming national majority government without delaying
I hope that the government is able to raise the bitter reality with clear governmental program and limited times which the people accept them
I will not remain mere bystander if the previous tragedy was repeated even though from those who belong to us beside to the others whereas I'm with the people only to satisfy my God and conscience, I will not deviate from the reformation and home prestige and Allah is the source of each success
