The justifications of legal punishments/part one There is ambiguity that the Islamic punishments are old and we will illustrate this ambiguity in the following items Note: the answer from the speech of Al-Sayed Mohammed Al-Sader First : The benefit behind make the punishment a base in the society and legislating the judiciary and courts is essential and wise matter and agreed between all religions , sects and religious and worldly laws to reduce from the attacks and crime so in order to prevent the crime , it should be the both procedures the theoretical ( the law of punishment ) and the practical one ( the judiciary to execute these laws ) Second : The followers of any religion should confess with the absolute wisdom of God whose speech and act comply with real wisdom whether the creatures knew it or not whereas the divine wisdom seeks the integrity for the creatures and breed them for the perfect thing but the enemy and colonizers have spread these ambiguities on the naïve minds who don't have real religious education moreover we will see the wisdom in some religious laws to satisfy some consciences and to face the injustice Third : There is a moral , lawful and rational law says ( speak with the people according to their minds ) whereas we can't teach the atomic physics to the pupils of primary school or inform the people what will happen in the future , the prophet and the infallible imams couldn't and before thousand year ago tell the people the events of the future such as speak about the law of traveling to the space or drug addiction or speak about the car , airplane and computer …etc. but we can know it from the general religious laws which include all life circumstances therefore we can't see the law of killing by pistol or by car but we will find what are similar to these things like fire , sword and stone and we can change some laws like throw the criminal from high place. The religious men didn't change these laws because only the infallible imam has the right to do that. Al-Imam Al- Mahdi at his appearance may make new punishments suit with the temporary age because he is the source of religion and this is one of explanation for what was mentioned that Al-Imam Al- Mahdi will come with new matter and law according to the general Islamic law In the second part of this subject we will illustrate the reason behind the ambiguity of being these laws so strict
