Beginning with popular campaign to improve the services, sanitary and educational situation in Iraq / statement of the Iraqi leader Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr on 19/5/2017

In the name of Allah
Due to the feeling of responsibility and because of the inability and negligence from the government and her offices …and after observing the deterioration of service situation in all Iraq and in all sides, it is from our duty to begin as a first stage to unite the efforts to raise (sanitary) and (educational) level in Iraq through beginning by popular campaign and as following

First: those who desire to volunteer from the following specialization to give his name to the central committee from the period, fifteenth of Sha'ban to the end of blessed Ramadan

One: Architecture engineering Eight: sewerage

Two: merchants Nine: experts in health

Three: foremen of builders Ten: painting

Four: carpentry Eleven: Shaving

Five: smithery Twelve: workers of cleaning

Six: glazier Thirteen: Builder

Seven: plumbery

They should have experience…in order to repair and rehabilitate the following

A- the governmental schools and kindergartens D-The governmental orphanages

B- the governmental hospitals E- The governmental old age

C- The governmental dispensaries

Second: The supervised committee each one in her province is

One: The leading committee Four: Member of Al-Sayyid the martyr shrine

Two: The consultation council Five: the previous ministers and governors

Three: Member of diplomatic corps Six: The responsible of central media

All these should be according to the following conditions

A- Any military side shouldn't interfere

B- The project shouldn't be for electoral purposes

C- The work should begin after the declaration its beginning

D- The project should be from the villages and rural areas

E- The mosques will be the place of volunteering

F- The time of volunteering and receiving the donations will be in day except in Ramadan Month whereas it will be in night

G- it is forbidden to interfere in the affairs of administrative and political work mentioned above

H- The coordination is with those who are responsible and if they told you go back then go back

And I ask Allah that the beginning is after the third day of Lesser Bairam and until that date we call the all not to neglect in volunteering and donating to save Iraq and her nation especially those who have money and trade... and thank you
