The fate…by Al-Sayyid the leader Muqtada Al-Sadr

Or the limit whereas Allah said in the Holy Quran (Indeed Allah has set a proper measure for all things) and genetic or legitimate limit which can't exceed it here and there. This applies on everything even in love the prophets and the infallibles (peace of Allah be upon them), neither exaggerate in love them nor become from the haters for that… thus in all matters as in food for example, neither to exceed the proper limits in taking it nor to neglect in it, whereas too much food is harmful and little food is harmful too. This applies on social dealings, on the decisions and life matters without exception, maybe the famous matter concerning excessiveness and negligence is the (role of woman) and her dealings and daily life. Some of them give her full permission to the degree that it may reaches to forbidden matters as nakedness and adultery but even immorality even she was become as goods in some states. Some of them imprison her in the house as if she and her voice are private parts to the degree that he deprived her from everything in the society as if she was created for her husband for sex and service

Know that both matters are going to be forbidden just what have legitimate exceptions. How beautiful that woman is observing the orders of her Creator and in the same time she becomes active in her society to serve, guide and integrate it not to be goods of little value for everyone of course this speech applies on the man also, whereas if he isn't fortified and integrated then it would be better to sit in the house, maybe there is a rational woman is better than thousand thousand rash man or ignorant, as to what some people spread that Al-Islam oppresses the woman, it is opposite to the right clearly by two evidences

The first: what some liberals and callers for woman freedom do when they show her body and make everyone do whatever he wants with her is disgrace and abjectness but the oppression itself whereas she is beautiful creature and she wasn't created for show, unveiling and appetite and she wasn't created to make men enjoy by her. If it was said: there is no relation between her unveiling and ornament or even her nakedness from one side and between enjoying by her from another side .. it is narrow sight for underdeveloped societies! We said: she was created and made her body for exciting and it is genetic and integral characteristic, it doesn't mean defect but it is circle of life but it shouldn't become a prevail and only characteristic from one side, and it shouldn't use it in negative or forbidden way, but this characteristic comes within (the fate) and the limited limit not to open the door widely as to other matters as we mentioned in the beginning of this article, neither excessiveness nor negligence and that is the moderation

The second: Al-Islam itself gave the woman wide permission but it is limited as in the man but even in all matters… and order of Sharia about the necessity of veiling of woman doesn't disagree with doing her legitimate and social limited duties, if it was said: Fatima Al-Zahra' (peace of Allah be upon her) didn't see the men nor the men saw her. We said: it has more than one answer

First: it is a duty which is special for her only

Second: it is a stage which the women pass in it to straighten themselves and fortify them from appetites and caprices

Three: it is special for some ages or some places not all of them

Generally.. preferring man on woman which is mentioned in the Holy Quran: ( men are in charge of women, as Allah has made one of them superior to the other, and because men spend their wealth for the women...) relates to wife and husband only not all men and women and relates to family matters only not to generalize it to other matters. In addition to that there is no evidence in it which refers to the possibility of preventing woman from practice her role in the society provided that the availability of conditions, also there are many conditions for man to do his social duties

Does the man who is ignorant in the trade imagine that he can practice the trade and so!! Does Sharia permit for the man to work without availability of legitimate conditions and from them that if his work is forbidden or there are sin and oppression in it and the like?! Yes, the pressure of societies on the women in big and strict way led to explosion of some of them and demand to nakedness and liberation even though it becomes obligatory in some societies that man demands the equality with woman not the contrary, therefore it should avoid the strictness even in the openness besides to other matters otherwise we will get out from a crisis to fall in the same one or worse than it. So it can't say by preferring the man on the woman nor the contrary but everyone has genetic, legitimate, social, rational, ethical, internal and moral limits and others
