The speech of Iraqi leader Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr about helping the Iraqi regions which harmed because of floods on 14/4/2019
Many Iraqi regions are still under the danger of floods whether due to rains or other reasons, therefore I have to pay your attention to the following
First: The rich people should present donations without expressing favor or causing injury or taking photos or the like whereas it shouldn't use these matters for political and worldly purposes.
Second: The one who takes upon himself helping the harmed regions and the people is one of two parties only which are: either Iraqi army or popular committees which unite between themselves each one according to their region with the help of the people who live in the regions which didn't harmed… I advise not to shove the politicians in this matter
Third: As there are who helped the harmed regions in Islamic Republic of Iran with thank… it is from our duties to increase our efforts to help our people in Iraq… even though as a matter of unity of aim and variety of machineries
Fourth: If the suffering of Iraqis from floods removed then we are ready to help the neighbors whether in Islamic Republic or other neighbor state
Finally: the one who asked help from the creature and never ask help from Allah slipped from the right, we and you are dependents to Allah
