The government should declare the emergency in Baghdad and ask for the help of army exclusively to protect the civilians and diplomatic missions \ Speech of Muqtada Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr in his account in Twitter on 20/12/2020

Exposing the civilians to the danger is the habit of militia as we knew them previously with plea of resisting the occupation

I say: no one has the right to use the weapon out of the state … and the government should declare the emergency in Baghdad and ask for the help of army exclusively to protect the civilians and diplomatic missions, I’m ready for security cooperation in this matter.The parliament should negotiate with American embassy to end its occupation, its control and interfering in Iraqi affair in what keep the security of Iraq

From my side, I consider any one who uses the weapon out of the state and far from rational and unanimous decision is either terrorist or out of Sharia and law.I advise the American embassy not to reply (military and security) and leave the matter to the Iraqi state because it is responsible on the sovereignty not you
