Why doesn’t Al-Imam Al-Mahdi rise up

Why doesn’t Al-Imam Al-Mahdi rise up? The speech of Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr on 2/8/2023

Why doesn’t Al-Imam Al-Mahdi rise up? Why doesn’t Allah give him permission to appear after the accident of b.urning the Holy Quran and tre.spassing on it? Isn’t the Holy Quran a Book of Allah? This is what some people are talking about it these days. I have many answers about it
The first answer: The society isn’t prepared for his sacred appearance whence his appearance needs to introductions and preparation which are rare in these days
The second answer: His appearance in these days will be a reason for k.illing him (peace be upon him), especially if we take in consideration the lack of supporters which Al-Imam Al-Sadiq talked about it in the accident of furnace
The third answer: Al-Imam Al-Mahdi (I sacrifice my soul for him) will appear if there is a required interaction with the accident of b.urning the Holy Quran and tr.espassing on it and as the reactions of Muslims were substandard therefore he will not appear
The fourth answer: The Muslims all over the world didn’t rise up as one man’s upri.sing for their Holy Quran, so will they rise up if Al-Imam Al-Mahdi (peace be upon him) was exposed to the da.nger and assault
The fifth answer: Al-Imam Al-Mahdi (I sacrifice my soul for him) has deputies and they are entrusted (as Shia believe) to reply on the suspicions and the aggr.essors as Al-Sayyid Al-Khumaini did with the author of book sat.anic verses
The sixth answer: Those who b.urned the Holy Quran and tr.espassed on it (in Sweden and Denmark) were not Muslims but there is tr.espassing on the bases of Holy Quran and, the messenger of Holy Quran and the interpretation of Holy Quran and its verses from Muslims and from some abnormal doctrines, therefore Al-Imam Al-Mahdi will be against those people before being against Sweden and Denmark
The seventh answer: He (peace be upon him) is the infallible imam and he is the most knowing about Muslims affairs and the date of his appearance and the public interest, therefor there is forbiddance in transcendence over the actions of imam and his decisions in the above suspicion
The eighth answer: There are accidents which may be greater than the accident of b.urning the Holy Quran as de.molishing the graves of Al-Baqee’, k.illing the religious scientists and occ.upying the Muslims countries and others which were not be a reason for his appearance
This indicates that something greater and more important will happen in the future which may be a reason for his appearance
O Allah raise this calamity from this nation… finally peace
