Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you

It is not hidden for you the high and great religious rank for Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, and also sensitivity of security situation in it, and the security forces by all their kinds in the governorate do large and blessed effects to push any security danger whatever its level was, and the witness on it what the members of check point of Al-Qadisyia region did by their heroic facing against the terrorists and preventing them to do their criminal plan inside the government. We hope from you to give a word for our hero security forces in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and in Iraq generally. May Allah keep you patron for the reformation, and protector for the holy places

In the feast of Iraqi army, I cannot but I stand with submission and respect toward the heroism of the army in occupied areas whereas they are writing more wonderful National epic, I ask Allah to fix their feet and grant victory to them and liberate Mosul by their hands
Then I address my speech to the security forces especially those who are in the check points and I say to them
Be according to the responsibility and deal firmly with the all, no one has the right to attack you even though by using the title of mobilization and others…and don't neglect in the safety of homeland and the safety of native
And anyone who despises in your laws is not from us but he is enemy to Iraq certainly…then he should be punished and deal with him firmly whence he is deterred from breaches
Finally I ask Allah to keep you from the evil of terrorism and fix you and grant victory to us by you and triumph by us
