Look how these speeches continue thinking that they will silence the voice of nation in the furnace of Summer and its hot flame
And after it becomes certain that the government is unable to repair or improve the electricity, therefore I suggest the following
First: Cut the hands of militia and parties that dominate in the ministry and power plants
Second: Making the electricity (national), national and in Iraqi hands not external hands
Third: Hold accountable the merchants of generators and those who support them, I don't mean the owners of generators
Fourth: Working on making the operation of generators in the period of cutoff the national electricity and the contrary
Fifth: Forming a fact-finding and investigation committee on the corruption which spread in the sector and ministry of electricity and the domination of some of them
Sixth: Specify (amperes) especially for the owners of shops, civil factories and the like from those who use more electricity in which that affect on the houses and poor regions
Seventh: Collecting the fees of electricity should be by just and trusty people otherwise the citizen will not pay the fees, and it should be according to the family income and the use
Eighth: Activating asking for the assistance of foreign companies ( not from the states that occupy Iraq) to repair what they can repair and rehabilitate in serious and active way after put enough balance for that and put them in trusty hands
Ninth: Forming committees from those who are qualified, experts and just to put solutions and comprehensive strategy to solve the problem of electricity in Iraq and never politicizing it
Tenth: Cutoff the electricity on the officials to feel of the suffering of nation especially from those who are in Green Zone and never reaching the line of emergency to their houses and give it to the hospitals, schools and some important offices only
