In the name of Allah

In the midst of clear and impudent trespassing against Allah, His religion, His messenger and guardians by group of boys who have neither awareness nor piety and try through it to deform the reputation of revolutionists, reformation, religion and doctrine, they are supported by external evil forces and some characters inside Iraq

I find that It is from urgent interest to hasten in repairing Shiitic house through intensive meetings to write doctrinal honor code and another political in which we carry the banner

There is no God except Allah

Muhammad is messenger of Allah

Ali is guardian of Allah

With reformative unitary method which is just without corruptors nor subordinates

Is there anyone who responds
