It is not hidden on you the importance of changing the previous legation of election and replace it with new legation and in this regard the parliament issued a decision by forming a committee from the experts to chose the members of the new legation.The importance matter that the work of this committee is to change the previous members only and forming the legation will be according to the party and sectarian division and make it far from independence
We hope to comment on this subject because it is from the bases of reformation campaign that your eminence leads it. Thank you

First: Changing the legation should be a popular demand and that's what
the reformers rebels should demand for it with the rest matters
Second: it should put strict laws on the committee of experts in which the real independents reach to it otherwise they should be punished legally
Third: never mind there is UN supervision when the election begins by all its divisions
