The veils or the veil is the barrier which prevents from looking to the thing, it is either material as wall and darkness or moral as sins which prevent and conceal the guidance and integration, Allah said: And they say, " Our hearts are covered against the affair you call us to, and there is deafness in our ears, and there is veil between us and you therefore mind your own business, we are minding our

It means there is veil between them and between the truth which prevents them from faith and obedience, and from the biggest and clearest confirmations of veils are arrogance, vanity and selfishness which make the person concealed (mind and heart) from the truth and from Allah Glory to Him. The veils may be between the person and between the truth then they conceal it from him, then his fate will be the degradation, and the veil may be between him and between the falsehood then it is concealed from him then he integrates. The veils are darkness which conceals in the heart once or delusive light which may make you far from the truth and both of them are the result of person deeds from sins or good deeds but with hypocrisy and pretension and without humbled heart but for worldly spoils, these veils which you may turn to them or what you were inattentive from them can't be removed just through asking forgiveness from Allah, return to Him, repentance, humbleness, some asceticism and staying away from life and its ornaments

O human, remove these veils from you which may conceal you from Allah then you deny His existence or favor or mercy and the like besides to what are less than Him from prophets, guardians, righteous, miracles, heavenly and Qur'anic signs and other are more, make a veil between you and between your desires and pleasure in order to stay away from them and they stay away from you, especially the believer who loves the truth and be sociable to it, so there is no doubt that he will stay away from what conceal him from his lover to remove all obstacles and difficulties which prevent him from his aim , his love and lover to annihilate in Him and dedicate himself to Him. The abstraction from the life doesn't mean leave it completely but I mean that never clinging to it or never make it an aim will be a wide door to reach to the truth and be sociable with it. From the clearest example of the veil between the person and his desires and fancies is (woman veil) it is the highest example of material veils between her and between the one whom she doesn't love to be pure to her lover, there is no another lover nor anything conceals her from Him, also she will be without veil which cover her from her lover but she is pure to Him without any veil, how a wonderful that the woman is uncovered in front of her lover and concealed from the others and there is a barrier between them then she will be in highest degree of sincerity. Also the creature when he removes the veils between him and between his Creator and he is concealed from the others not through isolation only, but maybe it is through sincerity and approaching to Him Glory to Him as it was said in the invocation: In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful, O Allah, my many sins had made my face moldy at You, and concealed from descending Your mercy upon me, and prevented Your forgiveness from me

Or as what was narrated in Al-Sahifa Al- Sajjadiya: O Allah give me all my request, and fulfill my needs, don't prevent the response after You ensured it to me, don't conceal my invocation from You and You ordered me to do it, bestow upon me in what make me righteous in my present life and afterlife from what I remembered and forgot or appeared or hid or declared or concealed and make me in all that from the reformers

Woe all woe to the one who concealed his voice from Allah by his deeds, sins and ugliness of his thoughts and desires, maybe Allah conceals His mercy and favors from him then he be perish. O Allah raise from us the veils of darkness by You, O Who isn't conquered and by Muhammad and his family whom You raised the veils from them so the distance between them and You and Your mercy was only two arms or even less
