I'd like to make a short speech before we begin with your questions and thank you for coming

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

My message to the political forces that consider themselves losers in these elections, those elections which the world witnessed their fairness

First: Your loss should not be an introduction to end and ruin the democratic process in our beloved Iraq at present and in the future

Second: You have to check up your matters to regain the confidence of the people in the future and what you are doing now will waste your history and increase the repulsion of people from you

Third: In the case of your desire to participate in forming the government so you have to do the following

One: Holding answerable those who belong to you whom there are corruption suspicions on them and handing over them to the impartial judiciary to check the facts immediately

Two: Purifying the Popular mobilization (Al-Mujahid) from undisciplined persons and never shove its name and title in the policy

Three: Cutting all external relationships in what keep the prestige and independence of our beloved Iraq just through diplomatic and official bodies and never interfere in the affairs of neighboring states and shove Iraqi people in useless external wars

Four: Disbanding armed factions all at once and giving their weapon to Popular Mobilization as first stage and through armed forces commander

Five: Know that the power of doctrine is not through imposing the force and sectarian disagreements and what happen in wounded Mosul by the name of Al-Jihad is a matter which needs to put end to it quickly

And as I'm the first one who applies that therefore I will continue on that and if you accepted my speech then we will be partners in reformation project which Al-Marji'iya and people demanded it during the previous years and we will build the homeland together and walk towards the reformation and building without violence but in peace and harmony and with comprehensive popular cover, and I'm adviser to you not enemy and Iraq is trust that should be guarded by all

One of the journalists: You block the way in front of other blocs, it means there is no harmony with them, they didn't fulfill the conditions and we witness that they will not fulfill them

Sayyid Muqtada: who did say that?! We hope good if Allah wills

One of the journalists: You suggested the principle of forming the government according to national majority but there are some blocs work to form the government by consensus, how do you reply on that

Sayyid Muqtada: I'm not their official spokesperson, they want to make a coalition, I want national majority government

One of the journalists: In the case that you couldn't make comprehensive majority government or even partial one, what are your choices to form the next government

Sayyid Muqtada: Are you from Al-Sharqiya Channel

The journalist: No, I'm from UTV Channel

Sayyid Muqtada: The only choices as a person, it means a body is either national majority government or national opposition

The journalist: Today, there is meeting for the other factions who didn't win in the elections and they are waiting for this speech, is there limited time to fulfill these demands if they responded to you

Sayyid Muqtada: It is supposed that there is limited time but I don't want to pressure on them in few days but also the people are looking forward, they elected and voted and want the results of elections become fast and forming the government quickly not there is slackening as every year, let us satisfy the people, serve them, strengthen Iraq, increase its prestige, the prolongation doesn't serve anyone with knowing that I'm not harmed in all cases as a person but the people will be harmed

The journalist: what is the shape of next prime minister?! Are you still obligated with the case of pure Sadrist
