Liberation of Iraqi Areas in This Critical Time - A Statement of AL-Sayed Muqtada AL-Sadr 28-4-2015

Today, Iraq stands at crossroads to choose for itself a victory from one side and a peace from another side.

Today, Iraq passes in critical period in it should make a check and national and fatherhood soul should be overcome to be secure door to protect Iraqi people from loss and down falling between jaws of terrorism and violence.

After Iraqi people mobilization have released some rapist regions such as Al Muqdadiyah, Al Edim, Jurf Al sakhar, Amerli, Samara and Baiji from ignorant hands (ISIS) control that are thirsty for blood, we must complete the victory of Iraqi people mobilization and its development in the remaining areas especially after the delay in the preparation of army and police and delay in the restoration of their prestige.

Although few militias have sectarian orientation but in general, Iraqi people mobilization has national orientation far from sectarianism. Therefore, Mujahideen (fighter) are full prepared to liberate Al Anbar firstly and then Mosul secondly.

I am sure that Iraqi people mobilization don't differentiate between these provinceand other south and north lands of Iraq.

Certainly, Mosul and Al Anbar are part from Iraq that we must defend it in anyway.

But in these days, Iraqi people mobilization passes in difficulties and challenges which may obstruct its work. Some these are:

1-political disputes.

2- Political ambitions of some its members.

3- Large number of its factions and lack of unity occasionally.

4- Oppressive intervention of America.

5- Probability of intervention of foreign parties as what happen in Yemen.

6- International conflicts.

And other reasons that make popular mobilization work squander occasionally. Therefore, I find myself obligate to strive to tighten its mettle, strengthen it, restore its prestige and unify its soldier and leaders by following:

Fairst: Isolation of popular mobilization and its Jihad and factions from policy and politicians because each one has independent Jihad.

Second: Isolation of some its members who want to make Jihad and the victories for their special interests as what happened in the incident of killing of criminal Izzat Al-Douri.

Three: Unite the platoons under the banner of Iraq, Shahedain AL-Sadrain banner, and the banner of religious guide, especially for those who don’t imitate what the terrorists do.

I'm completely ready to meet them to do that as soon as possible; if they remain separated, there will be some negative things, one of the most important of these negatives is that the victory will be lost, distort of the reputation of the popular mobilization forces, and consider the victory is achieved by a party and forget the effort of the others.

Four: Parliament should work to issue a law that prevents the intervention of the American forces as soon as possible.

Five: There are plans for an Arabian intervention in this area, so this intervention should be prevented, also the injured Anbar should be liberated soon, and liberate Mosul after it, from here I declare that we refuse any external intervention from any side; at the same time I address the Iraqi government not to ask the help from America to end the existence of terrorism in Iraq.

Six: What is happening in the whole world, especially in the Middle East affects badly on Iraq and its war against terrorism, therefore, Iraq became an area to solve some general and private political struggles; that what we refuse so let the nations decide their fate.

Finally, I declare once again, to give a proof, that I and those who follow me are ready to protect the holy places from the terrorists, especially when they became near from our holies in Samara, Baghdad, and Karbala.

Also, I instructed some parts that I'm ready to cooperate with the people of Anbar and Mosul to form battalions and brigades in order to liberate their regions by them, in order not to make those who are strangers say that AL- Cefoyen are coming, no; Iraqis are coming for the liberation; and every person should not be laggard in front of this, and with the continuing on the principle (AL-Hawza and the colonization are two different ways and they'll never meet).

From here, I order everyone who follows us to be ready for the order of AL-Jihad and protect the holies in spite of some political obstacles by some people which aim to prevent you from the participation in the fight; by issue another statement, I will appoint a date to a majestic great parade that terrifies the enemies and terrorism in case of refusing some people to defend the holies which became in danger that no one can remove it except the brave men such as you.

I ask God to protect Iraq, its ground, its nation, its army, and its government and to live safely and to be Triumphant.
