According to instructions of Marjy'ia and according to the mental and heavenly bases, it must returning the revolution to its discipline and peaceful, so I regard that the people who wear blue hats should coordinate with the hero national security forces and with education directors in the provinces and with the jealous tribes for formingcommittees in the provinces to return the official work in the governmental schools and others, and they should open the closed roads in order the nation practice their ordinary life and the good reputation returns to the revolution so the specialists should hurry to begin in achieving that, and I advise the security forces to prevent closing the roads from any one, and Ministry of Education should punish any one hinders the work from the teachers, the students and others
