In the name of Allah
Someone may say: disband the parliament needs to hold parliament session to disband itself, No, there are blocs in it which cling to quota system and continuing on the corr.uption and they will not submit to the people demands in disbanding the parliament
I say: disband the parliament isn't limited in that
Hence, I address my speech to the competent judicial authorities especially the head of supreme judicial council hoping from them to correct the path especially after end of constitutional periods and others of parliament in choosing the president and assign the prime minister to form quota government in addition to national majority or independent far from old characters whom the people despaired of them that if they aren't corr.upters, they are either incapable or negligent
Yes, I address my speech to the Iraqi judiciary that we are still hoping good from it in spite of the political and security pressures and leaks here and there which it exposes to them, it should disband the parliament after these constitutional vio.lations mentioned above within a period not exceeding the next weekend, the president with thanks should determine the date of early elections with conditions which we will declare later; during that, the rev.olutionists should continue in their sit-in and rev.olution may Allah reward them the best reward, they will have another attitude if the people were disappointed once again
We ask all revo.lutionists and from Al-Sadrist resigned bloc, other members and all those who love the home to submit official suits to the federal court and by legal ways through centralism of the committee which is supervising on the sit-in to submit it to the competent judicial authorities whereas it is clear that the judiciary is at stake and we hope from it to observe the people interest and doesn't f.ear of the pressures, I'm certain that many judges are with the people and reformation, and Allah is the source of each success
