In the name of Allah

All lovers of reformation who rev.olted against the oppr.ession and corr.uption should walk towards Kiblah of reformation (Karbalaa) and towards imam of reformation: my master Al-Hussain Bin Ali, I sa.crifice my soul for him. Yes, towards the leader and symbol of pride and righteousness, rejecter of oppr.ession and corr.uption, therefore O revo.lutionists: don't neglect in that, but there are conditions for that

First: Without banners for a group or party or m.ilitary party or belongingness or even a s.ect whereas Al-Imam Al-Hussain is Imam of Islam, humanity and reformation

Second: Never raising the pictures absolutely neither the martyrs nor others because all of them are annihilating in Al-Imam Al-Hussain; the master of Paradise martyrs

Third: Never wearing the shrouds or any clothes which distinguishes them from other visitors especially the military clothes, all of them are wearing the cloth of sincerity and purity

Fourth: The cheering must be for remembrance and obedience of Allah and remembrance of Al-Imam Al-Hussain and prophet family only not for others

Fifth: Abiding by higher levels of patience, wisdom and ethics and anyone disobeys the instructions from any party then the security forces should deal with him firmly and without slackness because he is either intruder or h.ates Hussaini rites

Sixth: Acc.using the others and describing the others by Ba.'thiya or te.rrorist or mi.litia or others from characteristics is forbidden in this visit and stirring up se.dition

Seventh: Tres.passing on the foreign visitors (non -Iraqis) especially the (Iranians brothers) by hand or tongue or post on any methods is h.ateful, ugly and forbidden matter and contrary to the custom

Eighth: Carrying the w.eapon with all their types or any c.utting machine is forbidden and anyone disobeys that then the brave security forces must deal with him

Ninth: Characterizing with higher degrees of cooperation with security forces in all Iraq's regions especially in Karbalaa , thanks to them in advance

Tenth: Keeping away the popular mobilization and Al-Sa.raya from this visit or checking points or doing any security work this year, it is necessary matter because it may lead to undesirable results if they did that

Anyone disagrees then we disown from him and doesn't belong to us and doesn't blame just himself. It is valid to the de.ath anniversary of the greatest messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him and upon his family) in visiting of his cousin the prince of believers and trustee of messenger of Lord of all creation (Ali Bin Abi Talib) in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf
