In the name of Allah There are many conditions which should be available in the person who enjoins to the good and forbids the wrong or what is called in the modern term (the preacher) or other terms which are known previously and now Yes, he must have characteristics which qualify him to be preacher or to enjoin to the good and to forbid the wrong as to know the good and the wrong otherwise he may forbid the good and enjoin to the wrong whence he knows or doesn’t know Dear reader, here I don’t want to mention these conditions, you can read the books of our religious scientists (the alive and dead from them) or read the specialized books and they are too much praise be to Allah; but I want to draw your attention to important matter in this regard; according to my understanding that the most important thing which should be available in this man is fairness or justice and it isn’t fulfilled unless he applies what he says whereas Allah said, He said, O my people! What is your opinion if I am on a clear proof from my Lord and He has bestowed me with an excellent sustenance from Him (shall I ignore all this?); and the matter I forbid you to do, I do not wish that I myself act against it; I only intend to make improvements as far possible; my guidance is only from Allah; I rely only upon Him and towards Him only do I incline Otherwise his justice will be disturbed and his fairness will be vanished and there will not be love and closeness between him and his followers; this isn’t specified in enjoining to the duties and forbid the forbidden matters but even enjoining to the desirable matters and forbid the ha.teful matters; it includes the public and private social deeds, as his behaviors with his family and his public and private daily deeds and in his worships and ji.had How e.vil is he who enjoins to Ji.had and he is with the col.onizers and with those who represent them and make peace with them for example…or as the one who enjoins to asceticism and ethics but he isn’t characterized by it, or the one who forbids the v.iolence and h.arming people and he ha.rms the others and other examples which can’t be counted then he is near to the S.atan than to the Merciful (Allah), it may be considered an hypocrisy and seeking for authority or fame or money or gain voices or the like As narrated: there is a one who reads Quran but Quran cu.rses him because he doesn’t apply its verses nor respect it or understand it; then his call, voice, what he enjoins and forbids will be the w.orst voice whence he tries to guide people but he doesn’t begin with himself not for a plea between him and his Lord but due to negligence and feebleness The one who has these dispraised characteristics can’t be obeyed but it causes aversion of people from him and leaves negative effect at people on the contrary if he applies what he enjoins and forbids then it will leave great effect at people, his good deeds will be enjoining to the good and what he leaves will be forbidding the wrong; it was narrated: be silent callers to us it means through your deeds not words only otherwise the silent can’t be command or forbidding just the rare matters as desperation from response or obeying the truth speech for example May Allah protect us and you from the e.vils of the soul and from obeying the S.atan because S.atan is clear en.emy to the human being Muqtada Al-Sadr
