In the name of Lord of Muhammad and Ali
By order of Iraqi people and the national moderate majority with all its sects
The Iraqi parliament must enact a law which make the eighteenth of Thi Al-Hujja (Al-Ghadeer Day) an official public holiday to all Iraqis regardless their belongingness and creed; because the testator and legatee are to all who believe in humanity, good and justice; then I demand the National Shiite movement to support this decision by all available peaceful and legal means because there is advocacy to the religion, doctrine, creed and home in that and to all lovers of moderation from Shia and Sunna and the weak whom prince of believers Ali Bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) defended them. # The love for near relatives of Prophet Muhammad.
