We have spoken in the first part of this subject about the ambiguity that the Islamic punishments is old, in this part we will illustrate the ambiguity behind the strictness of these laws (whatever their state whether they are old or new) First : to submit to the divine wisdom after knowing that it issued from that wisdom, the criminals deserve these punishments whether we called it strict or not Second : the following idea ( see whom you have disobeyed nor see the degree of disobeying ) whatever was the degree of disobeying but it is disobeying of the great creator and challenge him and that is enough to put a great punishment for any sin Third: the killing , there are many people , their existence in the society will spoil it rather than reform it , the Islamic religion try to reform the person otherwise the grave is best to him to the others Fourth: there are punishments depend on the judge, whereas he can chose the punishment which is suitable to the age, also the quality and quantity of the punishment depend on him and if the judge wants to avoid the strictness he can do that with a condition that his decision should be useful to the criminal Fifth : most punishments in the Islam is financial not physical as giving alms and expiations and penalties ….etc. from the obvious thing that these level of punishments don't include the both kind of ambiguities neither of being old nor of being strict and also the punishment is a complete justice in all sides ,laws and religions and no one can discuss it because it punishes the criminal according to his crime
