An event with a Jewish at Khaiber war

Narrated that Yasar Al-Habashi was a black slave to A'mir the Jewish , he grazed his sheep when he saw the Jew fortify and fight he asked them , they said " we will fight the one who pretend that he was a prophet ( Mohammed) " he thought in their speech , then he went with his sheep to the prophet Mohammed ( may Allah send His Blessings and peace upon him ) he said" O Mohammed what do you say and what do you call for
The prophet said " I call for Islam so witness that there is no God but Allah and I'm the messenger of Allah
The Jewish said" so what I will gain
The prophet said" the paradise if you stay on it " then he entered the Islam and said to the prophet my sheep are trust
The prophet said " take them out of the camp , shout on them and throw many stones on them and Allah will reach your trust to its owner
The Jewish did, when the sheep reached to their owner , he knew that his slave entered the Islam
The lessons from this event
First : in spite of the suffering of the Muslims army from tiredness and hunger because of the shortage of food but the prophet didn't take the sheep of the Jewish before he consumes the proof on them and prevented anyone from taking them

Second : the trusts must be returned to their owners even though they are disbelievers and it is a recognized merit in the Islam religion therefore as soon as the sheep of the Jewish returned to him , he knew that his slave entered the Islam because it is the merit of Muslims
Third : the prophet Mohammed wanted to reach an idea to the Muslims that he doesn't care for the spoils even that his army need them the importance thing for him is his message that call for and to make the people respond to it or to stop harm him and his message according to this when the prophet gave the banner to imam Ali he said to him ( walk with Muslims to the fort gate and call them to one of three merits , either to enter the Islam and they have the same rights and duties of the Muslims and no one touch their money , or to accept the tax and reconciliation and protection
Or the war and if they chose the war then fight them . imam Ali took the banner and the Muslims walk behind him till he reached the fort gate , the guardsmen received him and first of them was Murhab who was roaring , imam Ali called them to enter the Islam but they refused then he called them to be under the protection of Islam but they refused then he fought and defeated them and entered the fort
Fourth : from the important things are to gain the confidence of the others and make them believe in his speech is to be from those who return the trusts to their owners in spite of his urgent need to them
Hence this slave may be entered Islam because of the behavior of the prophet in returning the sheep to Jewish ( the owner ) and that was the basic reason behind entering the Islam
