The demonstrators against the corruption should do the following: First: Leaving the headquarters of political parties because they are worthless toward the government and they should prepare to a huge (millions of people)national peaceful demonstration after the blessed Ramadan. Second: The commission of fighting the corruption should punish any demonstrator who uses the violence against headquarters and public and private properties in order to distort the reputation of Iraqi national revolution. Third: Demanding for reformation in Ramadan is worship, but the excessive friction which may cause problems is against our instructions…so I see it’s better to take break in Ramadan and postponement all that after this blessed month. Fourth: There is a assault against the images of scholars and martyrs … and we refuse that …because the ink of scholars and the blood of martyrs should not go in vain. Fifth: If the revolutionaries want to demonstrate in the governorates, it should be peaceful and it should be only against the governmental headquarters and without any assault or violence. Sixth: Maintaining the centralization of the coordinating committees is necessary and it’s not allowed to violate them in any case. Seventh: the invocation and worshiping are necessary to make the Islamic revolution succeed, so you have to direct to invocation, seeking for forgiveness, worshiping, and glorification of God; all that is better than following some people who want to efface the landmarks of your revolution and make it move from its way. Eighth: Your revolution against ISIS of corruption is a great and blessed revolution of reformation which comes with the revolution of Mujahedeen in the fields of Jihad against the occupier and the terrorists, may God bless you. Ninth: Your revolution should never belong to any party and it should keep its current formation in which there are Muslims and civilians and that is so important. Tenth: Peace be upon those who seek peace and we hope to keep away those who seek the violence. Eleventh: assaulting against the peaceful demonstrators by the government or by its shameless militias is rejected thing … and if the demonstration becomes not peaceful, we will not interfere to end the violence in future.
