Many matters happened that settle the corruption and try to return it, and from these matters
First: The union court canceled the decision of deposing the vices of presidency
Second: Delaying of choosing qualified and independent ministers for Defense and Interior ministries and the attempts of some to seize them
Third: hindering the negotiations with what is called National alliance and their insisting on wrong matters
Fourth: procrastination in files of ministries and other positions that the
corruptors manage them
Fifth: there are tendencies to keep on election commissariat and its unjust law although we are in the month of master reformation and reformers who wasn't rising as an insolent or an arrogant person ….so it is incumbent upon us the following:
One: A popular and great demonstration after end of ashura' ceremonies not Sadrist nor civilian – but public popular in front of Al-Sa'a court to reach the voice of reformation to the supporters of corruption
Two: continuing on the anger demonstrations against election commissariat even though in the provinces and keep on its peace
Third: postponement the negotiations with (National disagreement) after thanking the negotiation committee for what she had done
Four: if the government didn't do serious steps by appointing independent specialized ministers for the security ministries then the people should be ready for second open sit-in and this time no promises
Five : if they returned the retired ministries, we will have another attitude-if you returned we will return- and we will stay walk on the way of Al-Imam Al-Hussein and we have the honor to shed holy bloods on reformation bench- and peace on the people of peace and blessing of Allah
