The speech of Iraqi leader Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr on 13/5/2019 about suffering of Mosul's people
I call upon the three presidencies especially the brother the president and the brother prime minister to work seriously and immediately to raise the suffering of Mosul's people from what is falling upon them from oppression from what is called (governorate council) and what happen backstage in it from political struggles for positions and chairs
Whereas Mosul's people needs to services and good word not to political parties or militia which seek for their interests
The three presidencies should stop this farce and disband the council and send some trusties to manage the province and get it out from its ordeal till providing suitable conditions to form new council and if they didn't do that then let them make us do that according to the desire of its people and the success is from Allah
