Peace be upon you
Important matters which I address to the prime minister as brotherly advice to get benefit from them in his work…and they are popular demands which Al-Marji'iya and the nation call for them together…and I'm adviser to him
Otherwise continuation in this way is not acceptable (by Sharia and mind)but not acceptable from popular side also
The first point: The complete observance by (the independence) and never incline to a party without another party…otherwise deviation from the independence will be as a new building for; deep state
The second point: The services file is still tardy and it is about to be nonexistent…so we hope from the brother the prime minister to try hard to activate the services because the nation harmed very much and the patience on that isn't easy matter
The third point: We didn't see any progression in the file of fighting the corruption just few.. and this silence is about to be a permission for corruption…if it is true then the trial will befall on us in abundance and It is too late to escape
The fourth point: keeping on the dignity of the state and his security institutions and the independence of Iraqi decision and never hesitate in punishing the one who works on weakening the security institutions and punishing those who have external belongingness in order that Iraq has complete sovereignty
