Statement of Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr in the million demonstration against existence of America on 24\1\2020

In the name Allah
In spite of we wore the hearts on the armors, and we were and still projects for martyrdom for the religion and home, but we take into consideration the condition of Iraq and its people whereas the wars fatigued it and the trials exhausted it, therefore we will try to make efforts in order not to shove Iraq in another war with the evil occupier that remained in Iraq. And when he remained in it, the corruptors overruled on it then Iraq's fortunes lost, the sectarianism and racism prevailed among us, the violence rooted among the people, , Iraq was filled by public mass graves, and it became place for terrorism and militias, the poverty and disease spread, its sovereignty was trespassed ( in air and on land), its borders were opened in front of everyone, it became field for political struggles and external interferences but even field to settle scores with the opponents and others are more, hence we will try to exhaust all peaceful, political, economic, social, cultural and popular ways, if our demand and basic aim were fulfilled that is tabulating the departure of occupation forces actually and practically then we will continue on that. The departure will not be fulfilled just through the following
First: Close all American military bases which are existent on Iraqi lands
Second: Close the headquarters of American security companies and end their work in Iraq
Third: Close Iraqi air in front of war and intelligence air of the occupier
Fourth: Cancel all security agreements with the occupier due to the absence of International balance in them because they were ratified with the existence of occupation
Fifth: Trump should not deal in his decisions and speeches with Iraq by superiority and arrogance otherwise we will deal with him in the same manner
Sixth: All neighbor states should not interfere in our dealing with the occupier in the case of his existence and refusing getting his forces out
Seventh: If the items mentioned above were fulfilled then we will deal with it on the base that it isn't occupier
Otherwise it is a state which antagonizes Iraq if it breached the conditions and the specific time, then we observe the following
One: Declaring the temporary stop of the resistance till the departure of last soldier
Two: Punishing each one tries to breach sovereign truce by any party
Three: Merging the popular mobilization with Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior, and in the case of never merging then the popular mobilization should obey all decisions which issue from commander in chief regarding that he is part from security system
The main matters of our interest in this stage are the sovereignty of Iraq and keep on its unity and the safety of its land, and this sovereignty is fulfilled through
First: Getting out all foreign forces which are existent on its pure land
Second: Never interfering in Iraq's affairs especially the political and economic affairs
Third: The Iraqi government should make treaties and agreements about never transgressing on all neighbor states which are based on the mutual respect for the sovereignty according to UN covenant
Fourth: Preventing all official and unofficial bodies from external communication just through official channels of state and with previous agreements
Fifth: Depend on principle of dealing in the same manner with the foreign states to keep on the sovereignty of the state and its dignity
Sixth: The Iraqi government should protect the headquarters of diplomatic missions and embassies and their employees of all states and preventing the trespassing and punishing the doers
Seventh: Strengthening the economic relations in a way which suits the interest of the state and its sovereignty
Finally: I advise that UN or Organization of Islamic Cooperation or European Union to be mediator or supervisor on applying the items of this agreement.
I advise the Iraqi government to adopt these points or the revised from them to keep the dignity of Iraq and its sovereignty and save it from internal and external struggles
