In the name of Allah
Covenant of reformation revolution
First: Continuing on the peacefulness of demonstrations and this means the following
One: Never compelling any person on the demonstration and protest absolutely
Two: Never closing the roads and harms the public life
Three: Never preventing going to all schools and as to the universities and the equivalent to them, it is optional without compulsion on going to them or preventing it
Four: Never trespassing on the private and public properties, the service places, the pictures and the headquarters and others absolutely
Five: Vacating the regions of protests and sit-in from weapons… and it applies on the Molotov, big knives and sticks and others through giving them to the security forces
Second: Managing the demonstrations from inside and giving up those who control on them from outside
Third: Never politicizing the demonstrations to inside or outside parties whether partisan or others
Fourth: Declaring the disownment from the sneakers and destroyers that Al-Marji'iya and others from religious and tribal leaderships and the like referred to them
Fifth: Uniting the demands and writing them in united way to all demonstrations of Iraq
Sixth: Working on forming committees from inside the demonstrations in order to demand to release all the arrested and those who were kidnapped and serious investigation in the case of reformation martyrs who were died during the demonstrations
Seventh: Working on finding official spokesman for the demonstrations
Eighth: Never trespassing on the security forces and from them are (traffic officers) and presenting the previous or later trespassers to security forces immediately
Ninth: Observing the legitimate and social bases of the country as much as possible and never mixing the two genders in the tents of sit-in and vacating the regions of protests from forbidden intoxicants and the like
Tenth: Withdrawing (the people who wear blue hats) and giving the matter of protecting the peaceful demonstrators and tents to the armed security forces
Eleventh: Determining the places of demonstration in general and the places of sit-in in particular through official agreements and with coordination with the security forces directly
Twelfth: Observing the instructions of Al-Marji'iya and patriot leaderships is duty
Thirteenth: Dismissing anyone agitates the internal and sectarian riot and anyone trespasses on the Divine Essence or religious and social customs and the like
Fourteenth: Friday becomes day for Iraqi crowded demonstrations without declaring from any belongingness to other than Iraq and without differentiating by cheer or deed or signboard or the like
Fifteenth: Investigating in the incident of (Al-Wathba) and (the shrine of Al-Sayyid Al-Hakeem) and (the incident of Al-Sadrein square) and massacre of Al-Nasiriya and the like in all provinces
Sixteenth: The demonstrators should not interfere in minor political matters as appointing (employees) and refusing some policies here and there whereas there are private bodies do that besides to others
Seventeenth: Never shove the revolutionists in forming the temporary government because there is defamation for the reputation of reformative revolution
Eighteenth: Giving importance for the gathering of universities students because there is support for the reformation and never trespassing on them or disturbing them as long as they are peaceful
Continuing on that till performing early elections
