Peace covenants \ The speech of Muqtada Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr in his account in Twitter on 14/10/2020

In the name of Allah

Today, I intend to write peace covenants which will return the safety to the people, remove the external interferences away from them and keep the prestige of the home and state

The first covenant: A covenant of peaceful demonstration with the aid of the tribes genuine heads

The second covenant: A covenant of national Jihad with the aid of our scholars and righteous in Shiite and Sunni Scientific Hawza

The third covenant: A covenant of political reformation with the aid of people

As to the first: We will put sharia, social and legal conditions to the demonstration which all accept them

As to the second: We will put a law which all brave mujhidoon in popular mobilization and resistant factions follow it , the most important one is to make the resistance national resistance far from fame, money and policy and keep independence and sovereignty of Iraq and its state

As to the third: They are conditions which must be followed to reform all political situation in order the elections brings the honest, patriot and specialist regardless his intellectual, Islamic or civil belongingness, and remove each corruptor who controls in people's sustenance and their fate and judge him even though he belongs to us

In all that, I will be the first one who signs on it as long as it benefits the home.So anyone from you O dears from the peaceful demonstrators and from patriots mujahideen and from righteous politicians want to save Iraq, let them come towards a word which is common between us and them

Not to be controlled from out of borders, not to take from people's sustenance unjustly, not to prefer the party and sectarian interests on the people and their interests , reform ourselves before reform the others, not to attack the civilians, not to frighten the guests in their diplomatic missions, not to use the weapon just with agreement of the wise and scholars, not to close the road or prevent the work (in the offices) or burn a headquarter or crucify someone and others from items which we will declare them with you not with me whereas Iraq is in danger and the occupation is still oppressing us and those who are abroad still controlling us and our people are still suffering from fear, hunger, epidemic and shortages in services

I repeat: I don't want in all these matters just the satisfaction of Allah and welfare of people I'm not a leader in all that but mere person from you and to you whereas I feel sorrow on the fate of Iraq and its people
