Suggestions which are better and faster concerning the benefit than borrowing from inside and outside Iraq ….The speech of Muqtada Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr in his account in Twitter on 7/11/2020

In the name of Allah

Some try to resort to the borrowing from inside and outside Iraq in order to cover the economic deficit or the employees salaries which they have to be organized, trimmed and purified to remove the fake names, those who have multiple salaries and those who have redundant positions and the like, with knowing that the borrowing will increase the currency deterioration and economic crisis
Yes, my speech will harm some people but I used to be frank, hence I will give some suggestions which are better and faster concerning the benefit than borrowing and shove Iraq in debts, dependency and political pressures , from suggestions are the following
First: Collecting water and electricity fees and other services provided that they should be in hands of honest people
Second: Facilitating the Iraqi banks loans to those who have big and medium projects to execute their projects with participating of government to take a portion for the facilities which it presents
Third: Developing the agricultural work in Iraq through distributing the lands on the specialists to plant them and take portions from them and there are other benefits in that
Fourth: Privatizing some public sectors even though for specific period to revive them and return their production as industrial and agricultural sectors or others
Fifth: Revealing and holding answerable the corruptors who wasted Iraq wealth in previous years on their caprices and parties and the like through Iraqi fair judiciary and return the stolen money from them
Sixth: Getting the occupier out who led and still lead to the loss of Iraq and paying billions for its fake protection to Iraqi lands
Seventh: Purifying the Chinese agreement and put it in honest hands is better than resorting to other shameful agreements
Eighth: Protecting the Iraqi banks from security side and from corruptors, stopping sending money to outside Iraq and organizing the Central Bank work
Ninth: Hard work to get benefit from hoarded wealth in Iraq, I don't mean oil only but there are other wealth which must be invested far from corruptors
Tenth: Collecting taxes and customs fees and the like by honest people instead of being in the hands of corruptors
Eleventh: Protecting the investors and encouraging them through possible financial and moral support
Twelfth: Organizing, rationing and purifying the salary scale and organizing the pensions
Thirteenth: The dealings with state's offices and the services which are presented to the citizen should be electronic to prevent the rampant corruption
Fourteenth: The oil is the greatest wealth therefore it should be protected, removing the corruptors from it, organizing exporting that wealth and return its imports to the state exclusively
Fifteenth: Investing the touristic sector by all its kinds in active and fruitful way
Sixteenth: An agreement between the central government and Kurdistan region to solve the financial problems including the oil which is extracted in the region
