The central sermon of Friday prayer by Hujja of Al-Islam and Muslims the leader Al-Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr on 29 Jumada Al-Akhira 1442 A.H – 12 February 2021

In the name of Allah

According to my understanding… Allah doesn't raise the trial if He saw the continuation on sins and disobediences besides if the sins increased and rooted and became good deeds and the good deeds became sins at the sight of more people

Don't deceive by decreasing the infection in pandemic or the mortalities because of it… it isn't due to immunity because if Allah wants to afflict people with some suffering, no one can repel it, His command is to say "Be" then it happens. If we review the prophets' life, we will see that the trial which befalls their enemies, it befalls their followers also, and getting out of some prophets with some of their family and followers from their town may not fulfill in our age whereas the world became as (small village) and the best evidence on my speech is the forecasting of some West scientists that the virus has greater and more dangerous strains, I warned you previously not to stand against the Divine trial or slack in it or doubt in it but you didn't understand unfortunately, therefore I warn from prevailing the trial and increasing it with increasing the corruption, vice, disagreements, inclining to the unjust and disbeliever, work on the normalization and spread the same-sex marriage and other matters which the West challenge heaven through them. Any challenge from the disobedient will be faced by heavenly power which the necks will be humiliated to it. Hence we see that this pandemic happened to be compulsory return for obedient whereas what they commit from forbidden matters was a reason for spreading this disease materially as committing the fornications, vice, taking forbidden things, forbidden gatherings and unjust wars and the like. So come to (obeying Allah) and fulfilling His Sharia and rules and following His messengers, prophets and guardians sincerely and accurately, also they should abide by health instructions as wearing masks and reducing from unnecessary gatherings, the health and security and concerned bodies should spread the awareness and supervise on applying it even with firmness and strength, it applies even on religious and national gatherings and the like otherwise they should be cancelled
