Iraq is country of welfare materially and morally; all we have to do is to find methods which activate the agricultural reality in Iraq through manpower, arable lands or reclaiming them through reaching water and dungs to them and providing seeds, grains and seedlings and the like and through strict control and tax on imported matters. In addition to constructing or preparing or reform the Iraqi factories especially what concern foods, medicines and dungs and create other factories through using the internal and external experiences, providing raw materials and professional staff and support and protect them and protect the Iraqi product and supervising on distributing it in right way, whereas supporting the Iraqi production is national duty in order Iraq can dispense gradually till reach to self- sufficiency especially with the existence of material and natural qualifications for that. It should work to return the educational process to its right way not through finding the scientific and educational edifices only but through strict program which returns the effectiveness of education and keep it away from favoritism, persuasion and intimidation. The science is sacred and it should not be taken without desert or through bribery and manipulation or threatening the staff or persuading them or through cheat and the like in order the Iraqi graduation certification be high level without deception or delusion also the teaching curricula should keep up with scientific modern matters and not to keep away from their known social way through using the international universities and finding the scientific and professional labs and work to develop teaching staff and find new practical methods for teaching. All that is through schools and universities (the governmental and official) only with remaining the education free and restricting the use of the graduates in these schools without others. In all that and others we have to use qualified and honest people in executing, supervising and advice
