In the name of Allah
Let it be a great lesson in the policy from one side and managing the state from another side, it is good gesture and intention from me, and to repel of what some people rumor about me that I manage the state and politicize the servants by militia, I say
After greeting and honor to my brothers in Saraya Al-Salam, I pray to Allah to protect them and keep them to serve the people. Having said that, I declare: - (as a first step) to close all headquarters of Saraya Al-Salam and return as ordinary people in Al-Sadrist movement except the following provinces
Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, sacred Karbala', Salahiddeen (Samara') and the beloved capital Baghdad in order that we have another attitude if I remain alive, therefore it should be noted to prevent any headquarters or carry weapon in other than these provinces but even in these sacred provinces also just in cooperating with the security forces without drawing the weapon or interfere with what is not theirs, provided that it should be applied within fifteen days from the date of this statement and Allah is the source of each success and we derive help and victory from Him
