We see huge celebrations in New Year and it continued even after spread the pandemic which requires social distance and health prevention and it is very unfortunate, especially after paying attention that one of the reasons of beginning the pandemic is such gatherings which are far from Sharia, moral, ethical and social prevention and others.If I and religious men like me (as they express) forbade such gatherings or criticized them, we would be criticized by some boys or some liberated people in irrational way, but we don't see such criticism is addressed to some European states which prevented the gatherings and celebrations in their New Year because of the spread epidemic.Isn't the same epidemic spreading in our beloved Iraq!?Aren't the health procedures less in our beloved Iraq therefore it requires to follow the West in preventing the celebrations!?Or we imitate them in their dissipation and liberal habits and we don't imitate them in their scientific, practical and healthy applications and the like We as legislators prevented many religious gatherings as Friday prayer, group prayer and visits of the infallibles, in spite of (unfortunately) some of them don't reach in their numbers to such gatherings of New Year, more people left the religion and resorted to the degradation liberation because of some reasons maybe because of some religious people according to their claims but we think for psychological, pathological and sensual reasons only.If religion rules have flexibility in never applying them if there are harm in applying them but it must be prevented so how about such useless gatherings?If there is benefit in such gatherings, it is discharge the negative energy as they express but this energy is not discharged by negative energy which is greater and uglier than it whereas a negative energy will be discharged to be replaced by messy and degradation energy which gnaws the body, soul, mind and heart

Generally, have mercy on your bodies from the epidemic worldly if not you don't fear of otherworldly punishment, O Allah, I informed
