Choosing of president of parliament and his deputies are the first of good omens of national majority government, hence I congratulate the beloved Iraqi nation this first step and first adobe to build an independent free Iraq without subordination nor racism nor sectarianism nor corruption to emanate from it an honest service national government that keeps the sovereignty and decision of country, and takes care its nation, keeps their dignity and seeks to real serious reformation

Praise be to Allah Who bestowed upon us this grace, and we ask Allah that all political blocs in the parliament and in the government take upon themselves the responsibility whereas they are in front of difficult turning point which the history writes it by their success in front of their nation if Allah wills, and (we hope that) they don’t return the mistakes of the bitter past
