In the name of Allah

After Allah bestowed upon us by adoption the law of (criminalizing of normalization), it becomes necessary on the honorable parliament to adopt service law which benefits the people directly that is: (food security law) without partisan or sectarian or national auctions and keep it away from the ghost of corrupters, we have hope in Allah, in you and in Iraqi parliament that proved its ability of adopting in spite of parties' obstacles and obstruction of lawsuits to useful laws
I specify in mention the homeland saving alliance and other national blocs
Today, all of you must be aware of people suffering and their requirements, so trust Allah, the one who trusted Him didn't fail
